Compensation: $1,000–$1,500/month B2B (Annual: $12,000–$18,000)

The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, structured thinker to join our team as an Operations Specialist.

You’ll work alongside our Client Success Managers and Copywriters to help run client campaigns, keep systems organized, and make sure every part of the process runs smoothly.

Think of it as the intersection between operations, problem-solving, and client success, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working in a dynamic, high-growth environment and wants to learn how fast-growing agencies operate from the inside.

You don’t need to have prior experience in marketing or outbound systems - we’ll train you. What matters most is that you’re logical, reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn quickly.

If you enjoyed subjects like economics, statistics, finance, business systems, or logic-based courses at university, you’ll probably find this role deeply satisfying.

What You’ll Do

  • Support client onboarding and campaign setup alongside the CSM team

  • Help manage and maintain operational systems and data across platforms

  • Solve problems as they arise and ensure projects move forward smoothly

  • Run checks to make sure campaigns, data, and systems are accurate and complete

  • Collaborate across teams to continuously improve workflows and processes

  • Help develop and document new systems as we grow

You don’t need to have experience in these tools yet - we’ll teach you everything. What we’re really looking for is someone who’s analytical, structured, and quick to learn.

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Strong logical and analytical ability -> you enjoy solving problems and improving systems

  • Proactive mindset -> you take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do

  • Bonus: experience with data, research, writing, or project management

Compensation

This is a remote contractor role, paid on a monthly retainer of $1,000–$1,500 depending on experience.

While it’s an entry-level position, we view it as a long-term investment. As you learn, take on more responsibility, and master our systems, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your compensation significantly and move into a leadership role within operations or client success.
