The Role
This is not your typical Copywriting role. Your main responsibility isn’t just keeping clients happy—it’s helping them grow. You’ll do that by crafting cold email campaigns that cut through the noise and generate real revenue opportunities for our clients.
That means you need to understand your client’s business as well as they do—and write like you understand their customer even better.
You’ll lead campaign strategy, write the copy, analyse performance data, and adjust quickly when needed.
What You’ll Do
Lead 10–15 client accounts end-to-end — from onboarding and strategy to optimisation and reporting.
Write cold emails that actually perform (your copy will often be the single biggest lever in campaign success).
Build high-quality lead lists using tools like Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
Analyse performance data and iterate based on what the numbers tell you.
Be a thought partner to our clients — understand their customers as well as they do, if not better.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in cold email, copywriting, or outbound marketing.
Strong writing and messaging instincts with proven ability to persuade.
Analytical mindset — comfortable making decisions based on data.
High attention to detail and organisational skills — you can manage multiple campaigns with speed and clarity.
Self-starter — you move fast, solve problems independently, and learn quickly.

Compensation
This is a contract role, paid on a flat monthly retainer. We’re flexible — and the right person will grow with us. Bonuses tied to client performance may also be available after an initial period.
