Sales Coordinator / Pipeline Operator (B2B Outbound)
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator / Pipeline Operator to own the most critical handoff in our sales process: turning interested prospects into booked meetings and making sure no real opportunity is lost due to poor follow-up or disorganisation.
This role sits between marketing and sales. You will not be doing cold outreach. Instead, you’ll work with warm, positive replies from companies that have already shown interest — and your job is to convert that interest into movement.
- Positive replies turned into booked meetings

This is not a passive admin role. You will be responsible for making sure revenue doesn’t leak between:
- initial interest
- booked meeting
- proposal
- closed deal
You’ll work directly with the founders and play a key role in building a scalable sales system.

Converting Interest into Meetings
- Handle all positive replies from outbound campaigns
- Follow up quickly via email, calls, or other channels
- Qualify interest at a high level
- Book meetings directly into the founders’ calendars
Managing Follow-Ups
- Ensure no lead goes cold due to slow or missed follow-up
- Re-engage leads who showed interest but didn’t book
- Follow up after meetings where needed
Pipeline Ownership
- Keep the CRM clean and up to date
- Ensure every opportunity has a clear next step
- Track deal stages and prevent anything from slipping
Proposal & Admin Coordination
- Use internal tools to generate proposals
- Send proposals and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up on proposals consistently
Improving the System
- Work closely with founders to improve booking rates and conversion
- Identify bottlenecks in the pipeline
- Suggest improvements to how leads are handled
Experience
- 1+ year in a sales-related role (SDR, BDR, sales assistant, coordinator, etc.)
- Experience handling leads, follow-ups, or booking meetings
- Experience in B2B environments (agency, SaaS, or services is a plus)
- Bonus: Experience in cold calling

Base: $1,500 – $2,500/month (depending on experience)
Performance bonus tied to:

- Closer / AE (if desired)
